This policy explains what information the Landsight app collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language and kept it short.
Landsight is operated by Landsight Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("Landsight", "we", "us"). We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.

We only collect what the app needs to work. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

| Content you create | Projects, sites, measurements, drawings, item lists, and quotes you produce in the app, saved to your account so you can access them across devices. |
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the app. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to deliver the service:
We do not share your personal data with any other third parties, except where required by law. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, which process limited information under their own privacy policies.
Your data may be processed on servers located outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection, in line with UK data protection law.
We keep your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your associated personal data and content, except where we are required to retain certain information by law.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@landsighttechnologies.com. We will action your request and confirm once complete.
Landsight is a professional tool intended for use by adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email where appropriate.
